This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Block Beagle ("we", "our", or "us") processes refund requests for paid subscriptions and services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment;
  • You have not used the paid features of the service during that period;
  • You have experienced a technical issue directly caused by Block Beagle that prevented you from accessing the service.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the payment date;
  • Partial refunds for unused time within an active billing cycle;
  • Cases where the service was used during the billing period;
  • Cancellations made after the subscription has already renewed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us by email and include the following information:

  • Your registered email address;
  • The date of the payment;
  • A brief description of the reason for your refund request.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. For cancellation instructions, see our Pricing page.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
